Research In Motion(RIM) designed first touch screen smart phone The BlackBerry Storm. It is Research in motion’s first touch screen device and part of the BlackBerry 9500 series of phones, and its first that don’t have a physical keyboard. It provides a touch screen which acts physically like a button via Sure Press, a RIM patented technology of providing hap tic feedback. It is designed to be a direct challenger to Apple iPhone 3G, the Palm Pre, the T-Mobile G1 by HTC and the HTC Touch family.
